We want you to love your Paco Clothing pieces, but if you are not completely satisfied, we offer a 30-day window for returns on all unworn items with original tags. Our goal is to make your shopping experience as seamless as possible from purchase to return.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Prepare Your Package
Place the items in their original packaging and include all tags. Securely seal the box and attach the prepaid shipping label provided via email.
Drop Off the Shipment
Take your package to any authorized carrier drop-off location or schedule a pickup to send your items back to our warehouse.
Receive Your Refund
Once our team inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
